In another global expansion move, The Risdon Group has acquired Decorpart Asia Suzhou Limited, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) of PD Group Limited of Nelson, Lancashire, England. Located in Suzhou, China, Decorpart Asia is a major manufacturer of metal cosmetics packaging components, thus providing Risdon with a facility with full metal forming and finishing capabilities, to extend its cosmetics packaging into the Asian market.
